Delivery Policy

 

A local delivery fee of $16.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area and for holidays, this fee will vary.)

 

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. EST from Monday through Friday in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday. (Cutoff times may vary depending on how busy we are. If it is after our cutoff time and you are unable to order online, please call to check availability.) Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. In the event that an order would like to be placed after these times please call our store directly.

 

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. (All Deliveries Made Before 7pm to residences and before 5pm to businesses, Weather and traffic permitting.) HOLIDAYS WILL VARY (by 8pm).

 

Please note: In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful and there is no front desk, valet, or person to receive a gift on the recipient's behalf, the gift will be left at the door if it is a private home. However, if the recipient resides in a gated community and our drivers cannot gain access, our policy is to return the gift to our flower shop where the recipient can come and pick it up from our store, or the sender can request a new delivery for an additional delivery fee. If the sender would not like the gift left at the recipeint's door, please let us know at the time you are placing your order, so that we can call the recipient to schedule a time they will be home to accept their gift.
